PRICING
All prices listed on this website: are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include taxes. The prices indicated exclude freight. Prices are subject to change without notice. Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring will at all times use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on this Website are accurate at any point in time. The prices displayed on this Website are only current at that particular point in time & we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on our Website. If a price does change on the Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring: https://galiabarhava.com/ website before you finalise your order, Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring, reserves the right not to honour the pre-checkout price.
In addition to the purchase price, all delivery charges, sales tax, extra packaging charges and Government taxes, if any, shall be payable by the Customer.
Faulty Products
If in the unlikely event you feel your product/s is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, you must contact Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring within the 14 day period from the invoice date in writing (by email to: contact@talella.com). You will have to send your product back to Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring to review at your own cost. Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to offering a replacement. A replacement may be refused if the fault is not considered of a manufacturing origin. If the fault is deemed to be of a manufacturing nature, the product will be replaced and returned to you as soon as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT IF YOU FEEL IT IS FAULTY.
Shipping & Delivery
We use NZ post for all delivery services. If in the event the delivery takes longer than expected, this is outside the scope of Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring do not offer this policy. All books/digital items and learning courses are not under any exchange policy.
Refunds and Credits
Sales from theGalia Barhava / Oro Mentoring website are considered final. If in the event that a refund is approved, the refund will be paid in the same way that the original purchase payment was made. Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring takes great pride in supplying quality products. Refunds or credits cannot be given for ‘change of mind’ situations. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging. These items will need to be returned to Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring. Once returned goods have been received by Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring a product of the same type will be prepared. The item/s will need to be paid for postage to and from Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring.
Use of Goods
It is essential that all products purchased from Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring are only used in the manner for which they are intended to be used. We insist that you read the directions on our website and materials supplied. Products purchased from Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring may not be modified in any way whatsoever from the condition they were supplied in. Order Cancellations
Where Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring agrees, at the purchaser’s request to cancel an order prior to delivering the goods to the purchaser, Galia Barhava / Oro Mentoring reserves the right to charge for all costs incurred prior to the cancellation and to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the price of the goods to cover overheads associated with the order.
