We also know that there is a lot more to establishing high quality mentoring relationships than most realise, and that mentoring is much more complex than initially thought.  Our materials and learning content have been deliberately designed to scaffold the creation of these relationships, and we continuously revise them to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant as the pace of change escalates in organisations.

We take an approach that is both highly experiential and evidence based. Our group mentoring programmes are market leading and were initially designed to support women in large complex organisations.  However, the methodology can be applied to any number of special interest groups in organisations, and the learning content can be adjusted to address their needs.  The key to ensuring that the group mentoring approach works, is that there is a commonality of shared interests or values for the cohorts.  We also offer support for one-on-one mentoring programmes using our materials to scaffold these relationships and ensure they are of high quality.  

There is a lot more to ensuring mentoring is high quality than meets the eye.
