The topic of organisational culture has risen to prominence across New Zealand and Australia over the last couple of years. Rapidly changing environments and social norms have led many executives to ask questions of their organisation’s culture. 

Culture is tacit and implicit, it is an elusive amorphic thing that we can ‘feel’ but find hard to articulate. People often describe it as ‘the way we do things around here’.

To simplify this complex task, Galia developed a Culture Transformation Framework of Levers which she uses with her clients to achieve impact.
